Photography & Video Disclaimer

The Symposium Organising Committee will be taking photographs and shooting videos of the XI International Symposium on Irrigation of Horticultural Crops sessions and its social functions. The Symposium organisers reserve the right to use any photograph/video taken at these events, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. The Symposium organisers may use the photographs/videos in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the Organising Committee including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, commercial sales videos, and social media like Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, X etc. By participating in the Symposium or by failing to notify its Organising Committee, in writing, your desire not to have your photograph used, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify the Symposium Organisers from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
