Format

We recommend uploading your presentation in PowerPoint format (.pptx).
Oral presentations are limited to 12 minutes, plus 3 minutes for questions. Keynote presentations are 25 minutes, plus 5 minutes for discussion.

We only accept electronic formats such as PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat. As a guideline, prepare one slide per minute (e.g., a 12-minute talk = 12 slides, excluding title and acknowledgements).

Alternatively, you may email your presentation to the symposium secretariat or upload it to the conference room laptop during registration on Day 1. Please avoid last-minute submissions, as all presentations must be uploaded to the server and tested for compatibility.
